Being 'Too Sexy' - Take a Stand Against Pakistani Honour Killings

Qandeel Baloch Pakistani Honour Killing
There are well over a thousand cases of honour killings each year in Pakistan, with a further 4000 cased reported worldwide annually. As of now, I'm going to discuss one high-profile example, however the overall consensus behind my opinion applies to the whole spectrum of this villainous debacle.

8 Gothic Instagram Influencers You Should Follow This Halloween

8 Gothic Instagram Influencers You Should Follow This Halloween
I'm not one of those girls who's a walking billboard for an eclectically colourful sense of style. And these girls aren't either. They're effortlessly gothic, seductively demure, and spookily mysterious..all year around. And while some may not venture far and wide to these wickedly gorgeous Instagram influencers, I hope the Halloween season will open a few minds here and there to these perfectly twisted beauties. Stay creepy.

Making the Most of Your Night-Owl Tendencies

Making the Most of Your Night-Owl Tendencies
Hands up who's up at 3am? Me. Yes, I'm one of those people who seems to come alive during the night. Sure, I do envy those morning birds. A few hours after I force myself out of bed and get on with the day, it actually feels pretty good. But I always welcome nightfall. The unwinding of sunset, the tranquility of your thoughts against the lights-out bigger picture, the shoo-ing away of outside chatter that makes your mind clearer, more focused, more willing to achieve. If you feel like you don't achieve much personal momentum during the day, no frets! Use your night-time prowess to succeed. Here's how...

Halloween Costume Ideas from Films of 2016

Halloween Costume Ideas The Neon Demon
This year in film has been exquisite. The amount of imagination sparking sci fi, adventure, horror, animated and thriller movies that have been released since January have been applause-worthy. And now that October is upon us, it is time to think of what - and who - we would like to emulate for Halloween...the day of the dead. And sure, every year there are the standard go-to costumes, but there's no harm in taking some inspiration from the movies released this year. While the origins of Halloween date back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, over the years it has been overhauled with the help of Hollywood, myths and hear'say to hold deeply rooted purposes in popular culture. So run with it. Take your fake blood, your glitter, wigs and wings and fly away with some of the following film inspirations.

Why I Support Noor Tagouri - The Muslim Hijabi Who Posed For Playboy

Noor Tagouri Muslim Hijabi Playboy
If I were a parent I'd much rather have my child look up to Noor Tagouri, a beautiful American Muslim girl who appears in the October issue of Playboy, rather than a girl who half-heatedly wears the traditional Islamic head garment and gets up to God knows what behind closed doors. (I'm of course, NOT generalising all hijabs in the slightest - just the ones who I've personally encountered and have shocked me in certain situations)

I am a VERY liberal Muslim girl, born and raised in the UK, with a slight two-year detour in Dubai. Of course I champion my roots and have visited Pakistan regularly - but I'm also HIGHLY supportive of women who want to differ from the norm and formulate their own identity. As a woman living in the 21st century, why aren't we allowed to talk about feminism, sex, politics, gender equality etc..without having a target on our back? Everyone has something to offer the current, international conversation and it's a shame that some people keep these views to themselves because of how they'll be judged by people who matter to them.
Noor Tagouri Muslim Hijabi Playboy
Of course, as soon as Noor's Playboy shoot (in which she looks super cool in a leather jacket and converse shoes) spread on social media, guess what started trending? #Hoejabi

I'm sorry, what?! It's almost hilarious how certain people -  in this case her fellow Muslim peers - are reacting with such rage. Using such derogatory language...wow, is that exempt from the teachings of Islam you practice? Are you allowed to spew such vile and offensive hatred and think you are so just and supported by your community to use them without a blink of a eye. These people are making themselves look bad. End of.

Needless to say, I will always stand for woman such as Noor and these are the reasons why:

1. She shows us that Muslim women are bold, independent and inspiring.

2. She's smashing stereotypes. No one is the same.

3. She makes us think of a woman's sexuality and the control they have over it.
Noor Tagouri Muslim Hijabi Playboy
4. As a woman she is allowed to make her own choices and carve out her own journey.

5. She gets to decide what she's comfortable with.

6. She gets to chose what message she wants to portray.

7. People who still think Playboy is a 'porn' magazine, need to educate themselves in print media and see their metamorphosis in to impressive journalism (For me personally, it was always a great magazine! Celebrate women, always!)

Grunge Movie Roles That Rocked My World

Grunge Movie Roles That Rocked My World
I'm more of a dimly lit kind of girl than someone who boasts a sunny disposition all the time. Doesn't mean that I don't think effervescent happiness is the greater good, but sometimes - mostly always - it's just so much more easier to curl up in to the angst and nostalgia associated with the grungy era-defining world of cinema and television. For me, watching a movie is much more than passing time - It's about the directing, writing, cinematography, musical score and of-course the acting. It is so difficult for a performer to get in to that dark, mysterious head-space. Many have tried and failed. Yet some gems have succeeded. Here are some of my favourite grunge roles.

LANY in London- Writing the Soundtrack To My Life

LANY in London- Paul Klein, Jake Goss and Wes Priest
You always feel protective over artists you discover that aren't a household name- just yet. And in a way you kind of don't want them to be. It's all very selfish. You want to be one of the few lucky ones across the globe, chosen to be immersed in that particular artistic and creative vision.

I first heard a song by three-piece alt pop band LANY a year ago. I had just booked my first Los Angeles to New York Trip with Trek America and literally the next day was watching a video on Youtube with their single BRB playing in the background. And honestly, it was like it was meant to be...

The LA Diaries: Living Like A Local

The Los Angeles Diaries: Living Like A Local
Another reason for my trip to LA was to see if it could be a potential home for me in the future. I work in the entertainment business and as connected as I am in London, frankly there's no other place than the sunny state to 'make it'.

The LA Diaries: Being a Beach Bunny

The Los Angeles Diaries: Being a Beach Bunny
I remember getting flustered while searching for the perfect swimwear for this trip. I finally found it...and never wore it. You would have thought that the sunny metropolisis was enough and I didn't spend much time at the beach. I did. I was literally living on the beach. My hostel - SameSun Backpackers- was one of the rare, cheaply priced accommodations which looked out on scenic Venice Beach. Honestly, it was all a bit too much to handle the first day I arrived, bleary eyed after a long day of travelling. But you can bet I basked in my glorious sighting the next day.

The LA Diaries- Embracing The Tourist In You

The Los Angeles Diaries- Embracing The Tourist In You
I always hear such negative connotations associated with being a tourist. 'Oh the place has been ruined by the tourists' or even, 'they're not cool enough to seek out the rare gems this city has to offer. Think outside of the box!'. Well why would you when you're in a place like LA? You want to see what restaurant it was where Brad Pitt dressed up as a chicken mascot before making it big. Or what bank Charlize Theron got in to a heated exchange in and was spotted by a talent agent. Ahh, humble beginnings. But the point is when you're in a place such as Los Angeles, it seems ludicrous that you wouldn't want to indulge in the cult beginnings and present day revival that the city is so famed for.

Yes, I'm A Yo-Yo Dieter. And Yes, This Is My Fate

food blogger yo-yo dieter
I was about eight years old when I first noticed by 'chubby' stomach. We were going to a wedding and my mum- in all of her desperate attempts to make us stand out at the upcoming family vs family bitchfest- seemed frazzled that nothing was fitting me. It was then when I attended my weekend gymnastics class that I finally understood why other girls would gather in groups to laugh and point at me. It also dawned at me as to why I wasn't as fast as them, as flexible, as agile and as elegant in my routines as them. I was too big- 'One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.- Virginia Woolf

Why I'll Only Surround Myself With 'Passionate' Friends

Why I'll Only Surround Myself With 'Passionate' Friends
Keeping yourself surrounded by passionate people. It's pretty obvious, isn't in? Obvious- yes, yet simple it isn't. Too many times we round up our popularity dependent on the number of people we call 'friends' than who truly make us feel like a friend. And according to the Oxford Dictionary, a friend is defined as: A person with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically one exclusive of sexual or family relations.

Things I've Learnt Since The Five Years I Graduated

Things I've Learnt Since The Five Years I Graduated
I recently attended my little brother's graduation in Birmingham and came to the stark realisation that it's been five years since I walked across the stage myself. And to be honest, I haven't really thought about that day since. I was just so glad to be done with 'education'. And while I enjoyed my time at university for skyrocketing my social development, looking back now, I understand that the person I am today is because of the years that followed. There have been a lot of trying times as well as the positive that I didn't get the resources to deal with by sitting blurry eyed at an early morning lecture. What I have learnt since throwing my graduation cap in the air are...

The Enlightening History Of A Dream-Catcher

The Enlightening History Of A Dream-Catcher
I'd always heard about dream catchers- but just thought it was an enigma that I couldn't get my head around. However, during my travels to America over the winter holidays, I was offered a full history of the stunning pieces. Driving through the outskirts of Nevada, Arizona, Utah I realised there was a more fulfilling, spiritual and enlightening meaning, that centred towards the notion of positivity. And I fell in love. And have done with my Crotchet Dreamcatcher from Empty Casket. Indeed, they add a unique touch to your surroundings and if you aren't quite clued up on what they were originally intended for, let me fill you in-'I believe in everything until it's disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it's in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the here and now?- John Lennon

American Inspiration To Mark the 4th of July

The declaration of Independence was bestowed upon the United States of America on this day back in 1776. And the country has come a long way. I understand there are some MAJOR flaws in recent times but I have the willingness to believe that they will all be handled on good accord. In terms of celebrating Fourth Of July, I still think it's such a declaration of the American Dream. Even as a Brit with a number of opportunities at my fingertips in London, I still think the definition of freedom is more dreamlike and momentous across the pond. If you make it there, you can make it anywhere. Below are just a few American moments that I believe are just a snippet of what the day is about. Enjoy. -'In the end, the American dream is not a sprint, or even a marathon, but a relay. Our families don't always cross the finish line in the span of one generation. But each generation passes on to the next the fruits of their labor'- Julian Castro

The Most Famous Destinations for UFO Sightings

The Most Famous Destinations for UFO Sightings
Yes there's no solid proof. And yes, it all does sound a bit outlandish. Sometimes. But there's more of a pull inside of me than believes we must be ridiculous to assume we're the only ones out here. I mean, Earth is just a speck in the universe and we're arrogant enough to believe it's just us? No, the water's a bit murky, there are other explanations and definitions out there that we need to research, take on board and open our eyes to. There are thousands and thousands of people across the globe who have reported sights of UFOs, claimed alien abductions, and relayed tales so absurd...that it's questionable if their own imagination can even ponder that. And in honour of World UFO Day on July 2nd, I want to pay tribute to a mere handful of those sites which have had a number of UFO stories to tell- 'In order to understand more it is imperative that we improve our knowledge before choosing which side of the fence we feel compelled to belong'  - J.P. Most Beautiful Sunsets In The World

Most Beautiful Sunsets In The World
I am such a night owl. And nothing fills me with such solace than the emergence of darkness. And the process of getting it is part of the experience. The blazing sun dipping low on the horizon and the signalling of a wrap on a busy day which sees billions engaging in their hustle. It gives you that calming feeling, that tells you to either relax or engage in your hidden desires. You chose. When I was given the choice of seeing the sun set in the morning or evening while spectating the Grand Canyon, I chose the evening. I mean what better way to end your day? Looking at a sunset is like riding in to your awaiting fantasies like the Canals of Amsterdam above. The Most Beautiful Libraries In The World

The Most Beautiful Libraries In The World
Going to the library was such a big deal for me growing up. It was where I would chose my type of creativity and engage in it. I would go once a week like it was a strict timetable and would love it. And why not? As soon as you enter a library, there's a million stories in there. A million different lives, stories, tales, accounts of the paranormal, biographies, ambitions...why wouldn't you want to engage in this form of outlet in an eye-wateringly stunning environment, that could help fuel the activity you'll indulge in? I regularly see stunning photos of libraries across the world and it leaves me swooning. Take for instance the Biblioteca Real Gabinete Portugu√™s de Leitura in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil above. The gothic architecture? Dying. And that is what inspired this post. And also know that this is one of the few times, it's okay to get lost!- 'Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.'- John Green, The Fault in Our Stars

How To Get Out Of The Twenty-Something Rut

You hit a certain age in your 20's and then that's it. It's that nagging feeling. You try to push it away but it still keeps taking prominence in your train of thought. The plunging feeling knowing that you're a twenty-something and haven't quite achieved that 'something big' that the new age definition of success equates to. I, myself have been punched in the face by this horrible mind-set. And I feel like it's such a sinking tug of war. I try to remind myself that I'm still so young and have time to achieve whatever it is that'll make me truly content. I just don't know what that is yet... But then I'm constantly batting away with the fact that I'm not a 'success' yet.  So as of yet, I can only offer help which I'm utilising myself to overcome this quarter life crisis!. Why You Should Always Keep An Old-School Diary

A lot of people chart their life progress. There are tonnes of on-line platforms where people share snippets of their life. But having a journal is so much different. And an old school one when it comes to that. Something that is just for you. You don't need to share it with anyone else. It's all your thoughts, your desires, your needs and wants. No one to judge you. I was a huge diary penner as a teenager and as a shy unsociable person it was the most authentic outlet for me. And sitting back and having a look at the current social media landscape, it seriously worries me that young women won't be taking to this form of outlet. We're too concerned about emulating the success of things that aren't wholly real on-line than talk through the highs and lows of our day to ourselves. Here I present to you a couple reasons why a notebook full of your secrets is the best way forward- 'The life of every man is a diary in which he means to write one story, and writes another; and his humblest hour is when he compares the volume as it is with what he vowed to make it-' James M. Why I'm Okay With Having 'Itchy Feet'

Why I'm Okay With Not Settling
Whenever I achieve something, I automatically think 'what next'? And in some cases that's extremely detrimental and I've learnt to slow down and appreciate my life right now and all the small and big things that I achieve. But I never want to let go of that feeling of wanting more. I didn't realise just how passionate I am about life. I want to travel the world, live abroad, meet different people, experience other ways of living...and all of that won't be accomplished from the comfort of my own home and pin-pointing further- my own bubble. And this fiery inner desire may come as a surprise to others around me. People who see me as closed off, 'shy', affected by past life situations...but the only way for me to work on those things is to embrace my 'itchy feet'. Hah nice saying, huh? And here are the following reasons why I'm okay with this desire and you should be too. Let's do this!- 'Sometimes it takes a heartbreak to shake us awake & help us see we are worth so much more than we're settling for'- Mandy Hale

The Most Beautiful Instagram Beach Babes

Sahara Ray
I get it. Instagram is most definitely a highlight reel of most people's lives. A lot of primping, preening and posing goes on to take the perfect shot. But I don't necessarily look at it as a bad thing. I try to use it as fuel to better my life, not compare. And there's something about those beachy Instagram beauties that has me *insta fan-girling*. There's loads of women out there who post bikini snaps on Instagram, but the few I have mentioned in this post have that little extra sparkle.

A little bit grunge. A little bit spiritual. They're the types of beauties who would pick up a small bag and leave in the middle of the night. The type who welcome adventure. They type who would meet a handsome stranger and elope a week later. They take chances. They're confident. And they have the most captivating vision. There's so much more to just standing in a bikini and posing. There's the meaning behind it....'Sunshine and salt water'- Sahara Ray

10 Activities I Want To Incorporate In To My Life

The gym has done a lot for me. It sure has. It got me down from a size 16/18 to a size 12 and I'll never thank it enough for that. However, I've come to the realisation that there's a lot more to life than slogging away on a treadmill in a grey room. There's nature. There's adrenaline. We can move in other ways. We can keep fit thanks to other activities. And we can have fun while doing so. Who would have thought that a sense of adventure and fitness would do hand in hand?! But from now on, it does for me!

I remember the only time I tried zip-lining, I didn't actually do it. I was 18 and terrified about everything in life, including running off the ledge. And what got me was that everybody else did it. It was just me, sitting there crying my heart out saying I couldn't do it- and the instructor telling it was all in my head. Now I want a re-do. Bring it on! 'Let go of your disappointments, mistakes and failures. May you find complete healing, renewed spiritual strength and courage to begin again.'- Lailah Gifty Akita

A Girly Girl's Guide To Camping

A Girly Girl's Guide To Camping
When I went camping over the winter, I totally prepared myself for the worst. I knew everyone would be cool with it, except me. I knew they wouldn't have as much stuff as me..as much requirements as me...as much fussiness as me. I just told myself I needed to challenge myself. And I did. But I was wrong about everything I expected. In fact, I was one of the few people on my trip who camped all the nights we intended too. Even though there are so many elements that are not the norm, there's something magical about sleeping out amongst nature- with just a thin piece of material shielding you from any potential danger. I camped the night through the serious issues of wild boars running free in Texas and I camped in small town New Mexico- not sure if I would make it out alive due to the furious winds. And I don't regret it in the slightest! If I can do it, so can you! But I understand it's easier said than done. Nostalgic Iceland Trip + Vlog! Northern Lights, Blue Lagoon & More!

Finding footage from an old holiday is so serenely nostalgic. Back in the grizzly British winter of 2014, me and my little brother booked a spontaneous trip from Secret Escapes and we headed to Iceland. And let me just say, Iceland is one of the few places where you'd prefer to be out in the bitter chill. Whilst we get the dreary half of it in the UK, Iceland get the majestical half. And let me just say, oh my word! Instead of me yapping on, below is my nostalgic Iceland vlog and some of my favourite snaps from the trip! We visited the Blue Lagoon, Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall, Strokkur Geyser, Hallgrimskirkja Church and of course witnessed the Northern Lights.  Enjoy! -The problem with Iceland is that you’re confronted by a new soul-enriching, breath-taking, life-affirming natural sight every five goddamn minutes. 8 Ways To Stay Fit & Healthy At Work

Sitting in front of a computer for around 8 hours a day isn't an ideal way to take care of your body. But work of-course, has to be done. However, I've fallen victim many times in the past- for not taking the extra precautions required to give my body and well-being somewhat of a chance when it comes to feeling good during work hours. Sometimes, it's so much easier to eat at your lunch at your desk, sit around during your break etc...And I'm so over it. Surrendering to absolutely no movement is now getting exhausting. And I know making changes won't necessarily have me jumping from the walls but they're small steps that allow me to have that extra bit of motivation and desire to workout whenever I do have a chance. Coachella 2016 Fashion & Beauty Looks - First Weekend

I'm totally Coachella dreaming right now. The laid-back Californian desert vibes where everyone runs free with their visual and spiritual imaginations? Yes, please! It gives me such envy seeing all the pictures from rainy England (The grittiness of British festivals don't even compare!). And I've made it my mission to attend next year! I will probably rock up with green hair- I mean, where else would you get away with doing that? In the meantime, here are my favourite looks from the first weekend. There's an eerie comfort in the shade- not to mention a mysteriously disastrous element of beauty. However, there are times when my darkly dressed nature craves the eternally desirable shade of pink. A reminder of femininity. And not stepping back on equal rights- a bold display of confident desires for both sexes. I mean- just look at country heartthrob Sam Hunt above. Swoon or what? Surrendering in the colour pink doesn't mean holding hands with your equally innocent friends, skipping in circles and eating cake-pops. The shade is delightfully edgy in it's own right. I for one, love incorporating pink with my love for black- fancying myself quite the gothic Barbie! I also took a look of some stunning pink dresses during this year's award season. Look at these stunners absolutely serving it!-'I had a dream about you. Our relationship faded from red to white, and somewhere in the middle, in the pink zone, I told you I loved you and you returned it'- Jarod Kintz

The Evolution of 5 Popular Cartoon Shows- Powerpuff Girls, Scooby Doo & more!

Who had fun Powerpuffing themselves? The fun alter-ego makeover was in light of The Powerpuff Girls re-boot on Cartoon Network. And it had us adults all over it! Like any other child- cartoons were my life growing up. These adorably sassy make-believe characters and story-lines let my imagination and creativity run free. It was even more fascinating for me when cartoon franchises extended out to films featuring *shock horror* real people!! I even did a post last year on who would play the real-life Powerpuff Girls if there was ever such a film and I were in charge of casting- check it out right here.

Nonetheless, as biased as I sound- I believe there won't be anything like the authenticity of the 'toons of the 90s. But I guess that's what this generation would say about the current cartoon landscape in 20 years time. Nonetheless, here's how some of my favourite cartoons have evolved since my younger years in the 1990s-(some of them are now sadly off-air). Everything looks a lot sharper now, eh? 'Using their ultra-superpowers, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup have dedicated their lives to fighting crime and the forces of evil.'- The Powerpuff Girls

Diva Celebrity Demands + What I Would Want!

It's crazy that everyone strives for materialistic success which in return means they can demand anything. After all, they've put in the long hours, they've gritted their teeth through the hustle and they've slummed it with whoever would take them for the night. Whilst some may stay true to the former downgraded version of themselves to keep it real and give back, undeniably others would use it as a springboard to fan their flames. Albeit arrogant, egotistical and downright bizarre flames. I thought it would be a brilliant idea to look back at some of these crazy demands (below) But then it also had me thinking as well. Would I not 'demand' anything if I was famous? If I, as a celebrity was told I could have ANYTHING I wanted at one particular time- I mean, would I go for it? Hmmmm......here's a little ponder in to my subconscious ego about the things I would ask that would have young ladder-climbers running around nervously to make me happy. Not asking for much, am I?

Magical Rainy Chocolatey Easter Weekend In London

'I think London’s sexy because it’s so full of eccentrics.'- Rachel Weisz
I personally give London a bad name. The dreary drizzle, the ashen skies, the ceaseless grim hustle. There has never been a more frenzied feeling in my life where I have desired to take up residence in a Pinterest worthy unclouded existence. And I will. Soon. For the meantime, I need to force my naturally pessimistic views to seek positivity amongst London's labyrinths. The intertwining of streets are ablaze with people- tourists who're fulfilling a wanderlust I can't relate to, a gaggle of friends escaping the outer suburbs of the bustling town to discuss their nuisances, workers to and from work, frustratingly pushing people out of their way so they can get home and put up their feet.

Female Movie Performances That Inspired Me

'Life and death, energy and peace. If I stop today, it was still worth it.'- Gia Carangi
Angelina Jolie Gia
Nothing inspires me more than a chill-inducing on-screen performance by a woman. Someone with boobs, a vagina, pouty colourful lips, wide eyes and a humble confidence to portray a sort of performance that lingers around you for years. I watch a lot of movies. Most are meh. There are also a handful where men dominate and rightly so- the role was made for them to conquer. But then there are those rare and unique characters which are left for women to slay. And oh my gosh- do they do it well! I was late to the game seeing Angelina Jolie in Gia. Being an angsty person, I was flabbergasted at her ability to not only capture supermodel Gia Carangi but facets of every women downcast in a complex society. Also, Reese Witherspoon in Wild.....omg. As someone who has been discovering adventures in my mid-twenties I salute her for bringing forth such grit when it came to portraying the true story of a woman hiking the Pacific Coast Trail to discover herself. I mean, it makes me want to hike it!

Other strong womanly performances that have inspired me are listed below. Let me know what female portrayals you were blown away by!

Bollywood Stars Who Made It In Hollywood

'The more pockets in the world, the more interesting and exciting because it just makes it that much more liberating.'- Aishwarya Rai
I grew up watching Bollywood. As a child it was a revelation seeing people who looked like me (okay slightly more glamorous- the industry is ablaze with beauty queens) but I mean, people of the same heritage who forayed in to their creative ambitions. I frequented the cinema many a times for singing and dancing doses with my family and was the go-to person for Bollywood trivia during my early high school years.*Nailing life*. Slowly, as my love of the glitz and glamour of Hollywood took over, the dust settled on my love affair with the Mumbai based film industry. But then an incredible thing started to happen: a melting pot and union of my current and previous loves began occurring. Hollywood execs, producers and directors started seeing the massive influence Bollywood had on colourful culture and started nabbing India's leading ladies and men to add the much needed element of diversity to their films.

The recent Oscars diversity debate and Trump's 'whitewashing' have put a spanner in the works, but the dreamy qualities of Bollywood talent is still blossoming. On the other hand, it's also giving 'people who look like me', fulfilment of the ultimate American dream and I couldn't be happier for them. I mean just imagine what it would feel like to be Priyanka Chopra right now. Girl work!

'I was hoping there'd be one ugly person, but I have yet to see an ugly individual.'
A handsome man. A bunch of beautiful women. A stunning mansion. Tropical locations. Ahhh the perfect melting pot to find love in three months. I mean...you must really want to get married if you go on The Bachelor or really want to get your fifteen minutes of fame. This season, we had Ben Higgins searching for the love of his life. For me personally, he was the best looking Bachelor by far- so the viewing was made even more interesting and heart-rendering for me. It's always so interesting watching how women are when it comes to love. Some are shy, others are direct, others are sly and some are downright weird. I always say watching The Bachelor it makes me feel better about myself ...I mean sure, there'll be a handful of incredibly stunning women in every way shape or form- one of which who'll end up winning, but for the most part there'll be a plethora of women who just make you cringe so hard. Just take a look at a previous post entitled '35 Thoughts Everyone Has Whilst Watching The Bachelor' and you'll see what I mean. It makes me look back at some of my past romantic endeavours, mistakes and mishaps and I breathe easy. I got this.

However, as a dedicated fan of The Bachelor, here are some crucial factors I've picked up from watching the show. Feel free to apply them to your love life. No guarantees!

Baywatch The Movie- What To Expect From The Cast

'We still want to pay homage to the original show, so it’s really a careful combination.'- Zac Efron
Baywatch- the cult television show which ran from 1989 to 1999 and turned Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra and David Hasselhoff into household names will be back- but this time on the big screen! Set for release next year- the new Baywatch show will pay respect to the original phenomenon and of-course offer us a huge element of nostalgia. I for one, remember waking up every morning and tuning in without fail- it was such an escape for me. The sun, the sand, the romances. Even as a young child, I feel like I could relate, So obviously, I am looking forward to this.

Saying that, no one can out-do what Pamela Anderson did for the red swimsuit and countless fantasies around the world, but we have an array of beauties such as Alexandra Daddario and Priyanka Chopra who'll be on hand to offer their takes on the sizzling salty air sex appeal. And say hello to the hunks- Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson. This sure will be the movie event of next year. In the meantime, here's what you can expect from the gorgeous cast!
